The Phases of Post-Construction Cleaning

1. Rough Cleaning.

The first phase begins after all electrical, plumbing and framing has been completed. Our crews start by removing large things such as debris, trash, leftover materials, an other items that cannot be vacuumed. 
After that, broom sweep all floors and vacuum to prepare for flooring.

2. Through Cleaning.

​This is the most labor-intensive step of the cleaning process, and. we use a large amount of equipment and materials. We clean:

• All drywall off of tubs
• Dust all windows and frames and scrape off all stickers
• Brush all cabinets inside and out
• Sweep garage and basement floors

We give special attention to kitchens and bathrooms. 

3. Final Cleaning. 

This is the touch-up cleaning. Your clients will be one step closer to moving in.

After the second phase, dust and grim may still settle after a couple days. Our crew will focus on the final dust removal, fingerprints, smudges and other imperfections. This phase takes a short time.
